local people, local businesses and local schools coming together to support families in Buckingham who need a helping hand. Each campaign below is funded by our community and accounted for in full. As we grow, this page will grow with us.

Our First Festive Campaign

Festive Hampers, December 2025

Impact Buckingham (originally registered as Mitre Impact) was founded at The Mitre Pub in December 2025, with a clear and immediate purpose: to support families in Buckingham and the surrounding area facing financial hardship at the most expensive time of year.
Within four weeks of registration — with the help of partner schools, generous donors and an army of volunteers at The Mitre — we delivered our first campaign.

Coming next: Summer 2026

The school summer holidays are one of the hardest times of year for families on tight budgets — six weeks with no school meals and children at home all day. Building on our first Christmas campaign, Impact Buckingham is expanding to offer support to local Pupil Premium families through the summer of 2026.
